As a Texan i would like to say Dallas, however the one skyline in the U.S. that has always amazed me was Philadelphia's at night!

dallas and houston suck
while i like Hong kong it is deffinitley the the scenary that makes it. If they started making some decent buildings in rio it would have one of the best skylines
