sorry just joined this forum couple weeks ago so im not really good at it. but thats rio and the setting is beautiful. i dont like shang hai it has 1 cool building (the one that looks like a wine bag...it has a hole that looks like a handle) and some wierd building with 2 big balls and a stick haha
but no joke its overrated

Pittsburgh should be on the list. I would have voted for Pittsburgh since I think it looks the best of any city at night (esp. from atop Mt Washington, someone help out with a pic!)

Too bad the poll is closed, I bet no one could've guess who I would've voted for.
Actually, in just the US...maybe Dallas does win, but against HK?
yeah right...
Dallas has one of the nicer NIGHT skylines and most skylines tend to go dead in the night.
New York's and Chicago's skylines it too big to ignore, even at night, so they also have a strong night skyline.
The rest are not bad, and it would be stupid and opinionated to call Dallas far superior.
But a strong contender, and a possible winner, would fit it well IMO
