Go Ne, i agree with you, that is a strange, odd looking building, and i wonder who the 'master' of this building is, because it SUCKS!!!

I had no clue about Covington and Newports skyline, thats awesome, love that building in the middle aswell.

I know I dont have any idea how much it grew , Im just posting what was reported on the local news website and that was their numbers.
