Well, I'm sure this isn't the "best" looking, but it's certainly neat...

I live in Cobb County, which is a suburban county of Atlanta. Until not long ago, most of the arts centers and theatres were in the city, but a few months ago they opened this one here in Cobb...

Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre (http://www.cobbenergycentre.com/about_cobb.aspx - broken link)

Wikipedia entry on it with pics - HERE.

It's actually a pretty amazing facility when you consider that it's a suburban venue, and its not connected to Atlanta's rail transit system, which many if not most of the city's are intown at least.

Music Center in LA. It's just so wonderful up there. It is really the true meaning of art.

For what it's worth, this is the thing they're building in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Nagata Acoustics, who are known in this country for the Walt Disney Concert Hall, is a part of this project. It is currently under construction.

These pictures don't show the downtown skyline, which will be behind the building.
