I think you can figure what this thread is about.

You know how this works.....

-A Have (has): something your town already has (good or bad) and is somewhat known for. Red text means that it's your town's specialty.
-A Need: something your town desperately needs to make itself a little better.
-A Want: something that would just be nice to have.

So I'll start it off.....

Fort Worth HAS:
  • Good, stable leadership
  • Low crime rate (not very low, but low enough....)
  • growning population
  • a share of a major metro area (DFW)
  • streets that need fixin'
  • a downtown attraction area used for shopping, dinning, and night life.
  • A good sense of preserving history

Fort Worth NEEDS
  • Better public transportation system with light rail
  • a more developed skyline (this could also be a want)
  • More of a sense of independence (in other words: GET OUT OF THE DALLAS SHADOW)
  • streets that need fixin'

Fort Worth WANTS
  • some major sports teams. (at least Arena Football or WNBA.....)
  • to be known as more than just "the city next to Dallas"
  • streets that need fixin'

...... you already have that. Dallas has highrises popin' up for days. Don't forget, you've still got this:

As for the freeways.... well, yeah, the city needs to at least widen out all the freeways.

And I forgot Fort Worth's own world class zoo.......
