Don't believe the haters...St. Louis style is really good, and the provel makes it quite unique. Really good grated on a salad with italian dressing too!

No, he means Provel, which is a processed cheese that tastes like a cross between Velveeta and mayonnaise. You can only find this "cheese" in St. Louis because they're the only ones goofy enough to eat it.

I don't know, I've only ever had it on pizza. Once. There will be no second time if I can help it. But evidently you can buy it prepackaged in shredded form in grocery stores.

Nothing compares to NY. I'm not saying that just because I live here. I've tried pizza from all over and it isn't the same. I went to college in 2 totally different areas and have tried "NY style" pizza all over. No, it's definitely not the style lol.
