-The first five are all in the same general area in Southern California (Orange County and the Inland Empire).
-Ridgecrest, CA is in the Mojave Desert, not near anything, but shares a county (Kern) with Bakersfield.
-Aurora, CO is part of Denver metro
-I didn't include the childhood summers (1989-1999) that I spent in Everett, WA (Seattle metro).

I now live in Spokane, WA, and recently spent two weeks in an RV in Post Falls, ID.
