NYC: 18 years (Brooklyn 10, Queens 8)
Buffalo: 2 1/2 years
Tampa: 3/4 year
Atlanta: 2 years
Cherry Hill NJ: 1 1/4 years
Philadelphia: 1 year
Bloomington IL: 1 year
Chicago: 1 3/4 years

Of all of them I would say my favorite is Chicago because it has a lot of culture and nightlife while not having the runaway costs of NYC. Least favorite would have to be Bloomington IL. I grew up in NYC and I could not adjust to the culture/smallness of Bloomington IL. I am not crazy about the sprawl of Atlanta/Tampa. Philly was cool but the people were rude. Buffalo was very nice; I would move back if the economy was decent there.

I've lived in 2 towns. One of them was just outside of Hartford, CT. Now I live an hour from Boston. But I plan on moving out of New England within a year. New Orleans is a possibility, but I am waiting to see other possibilities.

Default Wanderlust...Hmmmmm

[quote=Pear Martini;4512119]I'm starting to wonder if this forum is made up of a bunch of people with chronic wanderlust lol. I just want to see if thats true or not.

As I for me, I either have a "gypsy soul" or a ''nomad's body" in this lifetime.

I am totally happy when I am on the road. I've never grimaced at the thought of moving--only at the thought of packing...so I guess 'gypsy soul" is most appropriate...However you try to describe it, I have wanderlust built in!
