Default Good Weather, Low Cost of Living, Strong Economy

Am I crazy to imagine that such a city might actually exist in America? Seems like there are a couple of places that that get two out of three, but what about the perfect trifecta?

What's "good weather"? Otherwise, yes such a trifecta exists.

Same questions: What is "good weather" (for you)? Do you want no heat, some heat, dry heat, wet heat, a lot of heat, lots of snow, a little snow, moderate snow, 4 seasons, 2 seasons, no seasons? It can go on and on. "Good weather" is highly subjective (especially on this forum). Give us more info so we can help, the other two factors are more statisically based.

For me personally, the area I am in right now meets all three of those requirements. For other people it would not.

I spent a very long time studying this exact question before I chose where to move to. I chose Nashville and I moved here a few months ago. It is humid here but even after living in the dry heat of Phoenix I'm adjusting to it and it's definitely a less expensive city than most major American cities and the economy is also doing well in spite of the current national trends of lowering home values and weak economic indicators. I've lived in a few places over the years and this is definitely the best in terms of housing prices. There's no state income tax and expenses such as auto insurance, the cost of your license plates and all of those little things that can add up to alot of money are less expensive here than in other places I've lived. The weather is more of a personal preference although Places Rated Almanac has always rated many of the cities in California as having the best climate which I would agree with but real estate is ridiculously expensive and many people are moving to less expensive parts of the country where they can afford to buy a house. Also, I'm a musician and enjoy listening to a variety of music, particularly good guitar players, so Nashville was a natural choice.
