Expensive is relative, compared to average salary or just flat out price?

I would say the whole Miami to West Palm Beach area is most expensive as compared to salary but NYC and DC is most expensive overall.

Why is this even a poll? There are no opinions regarding this topic, there are only facts.

New York is the most expensive and that's a fact.

I voted once, with a lot of votes. I disregarded the "most" part. I voted based on the word expensive.
