I will play along, but not in all 50 states.

Indiana: somewhere along the Ohio River; or on the central canal in Indy

Kentucky: a condo in D'town Louisville; preferably along the river if my some miracle the "8664" campaign were successful

Florida: anywhere but Jacksonville; probably on the west coast of Florida or the panhandle

Wyoming/Colorado/Montana: any rural place in one of these states would suit me

Michigan: somewhere on the "west coast" of Michigan

New York: Manhattan

California: San Diego

No,I've never been to Billings.To be honest I would never even want to visit some states.I just put something down for all of the states since the original poster asked if you could have a vacation house in all 50 states,where would you have them in each state.I don't really want to go to some of those states like Montana,Idaho,The Dakotas,and Wyoming.Just not my type of states.

I deleted a few I was totally clueless on... Some of these places I've never been to. Others I absolutely love.

Alaska: A place on a lake or a fjord I can fly a plane onto.
Arizona: I've heard Sedona is nice.
Arkansas: Wherever Erik Estrada advertises.
California: Marin County.
Colorado: Aspen.
Connecticut: Mystic.
Delaware: Rehoboth I guess.
Florida: I'd like to have my own key/cay.
Georgia: Savannah or Jekyll Island.
Illinois: Chicago.
Indiana: South Bend?
Maine: Portland.
Maryland: Annapolis.
Massachusetts: Nantucket.
Michigan: I'd find a cool lake town.
Minnesota: See Michigan.
Mississippi: A nice shore town, but not a casino area.
Missouri: St Louis?
Nebraska: Near the pedestrian bridge.
Nevada: Tahoe.
New Hampshire: Conway vicinity (Saco River).
New Jersey: Ocean City.
New Mexico: Santa Fe.
New York: North Fork.
North Carolina: Ocracoke.
Oregon: A nice coastal area.
Pennsylvania: upper Bucks County.

Tennessee: Somewhere nice but not as touristy as Gatlinburg.

Wisconsin: I've heard Door Co is nice.
Wyoming: Brokeback Mtn.
