I live in Florida and you know the state of FL is one big melting pot of everybody in the united states. I've seen accidents that wasn't even call for. (no signal light, people running in the back of people, cutting people off, doing 60mph on a 45mph road on US1, beating the 7min traffic light, It's like people drive brain dead down here, and don't let it be the start of the weekend.......

Just based on travel experiences:

Los Angeles/SoCal (amazingly enough)
Anywhere in West Virginia (relaxed state and drivers, for the most part)

Lexington, KY (incompetence)
Metro NYC (aggression)
Anywhere in Florida (incompetence and aggression)

Phoenix are drivers are out of control 90 to 100 miles an hour on express ways pass you on entrance ramps tail gate zig zag through 8 lanes of traffic to take exit ramp no end of what I see here, where are the police force here theyhave cameras at ecery intersection why not have camera on the express ways time to do something here save lives
