The town of Colma, near San Francisco, has a living population of less than 2000, but has thousands of dead buried in 17 cemeteries.
Are there other cities/towns where the "population" of dead people outnumbers (or at least approximates) the population of live residents?
Or, in general, regardless of population stats, are there other "cemetery cities"--cities that have significant amounts of land dedicated to cemeteries?
