LA: Skin tight white shirt, white pants, 3 inch heels, bleached blonde hair, fake "accesories" if you know what i mean.

Correction: That's Miami Beach! Miami would be wearing a golf shirt, mis-matching shorts pulled up above his stomach, black socks pulled up to his knee and dark dress shoes.
