Considering all the drugs that alot of celebrities are on, I would not exactly be bragging about what celebrities are present in a given city. I would consider it to be a negative as would most people save for those who live vicariously through the supermarket tabloids

I think you need reading comprehension lessons! There is nothing in my post about sprawl. If you are going to quote me, at least use a quote that I made which applies to your "response"

Next time also exclude the majority of the East End and the flood plains.

Wheres the War. Post as much as you want Theres no war. I Could put the Whole wikipedia if i wanted to but that would be to many Links.
I dont know maybe you should actually look at the links before saying anything because i read the whole LA page and i am not impressed. All that stuff you posted looked persuasive but isnt. If i posted all the companies and stuff in NYC it would take effort but on that page it already had it laid out which usually means thats it. Also it wont be as many links as NYC. Have you looked at both pages. The NYC page is way larger than the LA page. I didnt even post links from the page. These are all separate pages. ANd your post before the last post about the metro area is just sad, how you needed to bring outer areas apart of this. You are right this isnt a battle because LA couldn't win. I see La more as somewhere i would vacation not live. And you brought sports into this when records are beaten every year.

new york, while not the greatest city in the world, is the greatest city in America. However, it can't compare to Los Angeles and shouldn't try if it wanted to. Too many variables that are completely different. You may want to try and compare the two in size or economic output, but that would be the end of it right there. Also, not a good move to list or consider wikipedia to be an accurate source. Architecture is one thing, but to list the cultural amenities associated with European origin is not effective. Just shows the lack of homegrown diversity, and new york is a slave to European culture. Los Angeles, not. Still, as impressive as the list looks, why did new york fail this country again and why does L. A. remain more influential around the world? Why do we keep bailing this hole out? Let 'em die on the vine
