Hello everyone,

I've recently bought a house in Rochester, NY to rent out. I'm looking to buy another property in the US.

I'm looking for properties with high rental yields - so a strong rental market is needed. The proeprty needs to be in a city with a university and large employers.

Does anyone have any advice?

Sometimes Forbes has lists about the best places to invest.

Forbes may not be entirely accurate, but it might give you some ideas.
