Charlotte, NC only has an "Uptown", because I believe it really is on higher ground the the areas that surround it.

Uptown, downtown is aways more expensive.

like NYC uptown has real people just living there life and less tourist and less business, downtown is full of business and tourist that it becomes to much.

UPTOWN

(have to say NYC, because Lodi, nj dosnt really have a downtown and uptown)
