Okay, this is getting kinda freaky. People keep suggesting cities I have direct ties to. First Springfield, MO where I went to college, and now Pittsburgh.

As I mentioned in my comments about Williamsport, I am a PA native. To be more specific, I am a Pittsburgh native.

Can you handle "heat"? Personally, I love Boulder City, just outside out of Vegas.

Other suggestions: Grants Pass, OR. (It does rain but nothing like Portland.)

Spokane snows too much for you. So does Buffalo and it's friggin' COLD!

I don't think Grant's Pass or Boulder City have a Target store though.

I think the closest to Boulder City is in Henderson, NV. I actually have a friend who works at it. Henderson is a bit too high for rent though.

Des Moines Iowa maybe, its on the outside or edge of tornado alley, or maybe Minneapolis.
