Well u said u lived in South Florida, that would be my pick with University of Miami, Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach Atlantic, and Florida International University and many Community colleges and Juinor Colleges and very lively , vibrant , and artsy downtown areas from West Palm to Miami, well, other than that, I would have to say Atlanta.
