There is a Bumpass, VA. My brother went to college in Ashland which is just north of Richmond, VA and discovered this little gem while driving in the country.

Poughkeepsie, NY.
According to Wikipedia, the name derives from a Native American word (roughly U-puku-ipi-sing), meaning "the reed covered lodge by the little-water place".

I've always wondered if Fries, VA is right next to Hamburger, and Shake, VA... (I'm guessing that it's pronounced "freeze", though)

Kinnickinnick, WI.
I've heard it pronounced two different ways -- "KIN i kin ick" and "Ki NIK i nick".
There's a river by the same name. I think most people (especially newscasters) just call it the KK River . Can't say I blame them.
And, as someone already mentioned, Wisconsin also has Oconomowoc ("Oh CON a ma wak"). I lived there for a bit in the 90s. It was tough to learn as a non-native (the instinct is to try to say "Oh coe no MOE wak") but by the time I moved, it rolled off the tongue. Just like Kinnickinnick .
