I have pretty well scratched tn off of my list, nice place but the influx will more than likely change most of the state, prices in chattanooga have allready went way up won't be long most of east tn will be same way.

then when middle tn gets popular well same old thing will happen there.

i look for possible changes in there taxing system also, be interesting to see how the state handles the influx, there great retirement recruiting campaign may just backfire with loads of retirees & i don't see much in the way of senior citizen programs in tn either, could put a strain on there health care system.

would be a shame to see a beautiful countryside transform from forests into stripped lands of concrete, blacktop, & housing scattered throughout the mountains.

its unavoidable. the population of the US is growing. adding about 3 million people a yr, and they need somewhere to live.

floriduh is starting to get too crowded, so exect the populations of the surrounding states (and the entire south) to start creeping up.

heres a good link, but i think its overstated. according to this, 24 million people are moving to florida or cali. i doubt that many due to COL.

so, they have to go somewhere...
