Miami, San Diego, or Tampa/st.p because those are the only ones i haven't been to. Id go with San Diego. Than Miami and than tampa

The Big Apple. The only other place I care for except for the south. and maybe chicago.

$2000 may not be enough to have a whole lot of fun in Manhattan, but it can get you plenty in the outer boroughs.

I have been to Chicago and St. Louis plenty of times. Given the choices, I would go to Philly for a couple days and then hit NYC. If I HAD to pick just one, I would pick NYC if given spending money. In a reality situation with no spending money given to me, I would pick Philly.

I would say Boston/Providence or any other New England town if I didn't already have summer vacation plans for that destination set up for 2009! With that in Mind I would love to Visit Seattle!

i've been all except st. louis multiple times. i'll go with New Orleans, the most "popular" (?, not sure that's the correct term) US city I haven't visited.
