Anyone know? I know it's completely subjective, so tell me why you believe the state and or city you pick is significant for the upcoming election?

Most likely FL or OH.
However, if McCain would pull off California, which isnt too unlikely considering Obama lost the hispanic vote by wide margins, California would be the most important state.

City-Denver or Las Vegas

State-Virginia or North Carolina

I really want Obama to win so big that FL and OH dont matter.

If California were in play, obviously.

But Obama is poised to win California by around 15 points-maybe more. I've seen projections that report he will walk out of California with as many as 8 Million Votes.

That is just astounding.

However Ohio goes, so does the Presidency, since 1964. Second is Florida.

That needs to end in 2008.

Honestly, I think it can be done this time around.

It irks me to no end how problematic those 2 are.

Clearly, the answer is Alaska. It's so vital with its 1 electoral vote that McCain picked a running mate from there.

Obama is more ahead in California than he is in any state except Illinois, New York, Mass. and Iowa. He'll certainly take Cali....
