A lot of development projects have either been delayed or canceled, but most major cities in America still have a lot of things going up. NYC, Chicago, LA, Boston, Philly, San Fran, etc.

There are a LOT of construction jobs in ND. Bismarck and Fargo are growing like none other. I'm not sure about Minot, but I think Grand Forks also is.

The population of NW Arkansas (wal-mart, beatiful bella vista village) has just about doubled in the last 10-15 years. The population of Bentonville is estimated to have grown by about 65% since the 2000 census. What was white area in the map 20 years ago is quickly turning into suburban sprawl.

Really? I know the winters must be pretty rough in both places, is there year year round work? Can you tell me more about the towns? What are the schools like? Are the people friendly?

Thank you!
