Well, my American mobile home is one floor (most are! ), and is 14 feet wide and 56 feet long. It is situated on 26 beautiful acres of Missouri Ozark wilderness and is 100 percent completely paid for.

I couldn't ask for a better place to be.

I have 4 counting our finished basement. We have a lovely attic/finished 3rd floor with 2 rooms and a computer loft area.(I was told that it used to be maids quarter's back in the day.) It's a great old home built in 1924

A 1-1/2 story as they're called here. Basement, main floor, and upper finished attic - half the size of the downstairs.

Is the question many floors do we live in, or how many floors are in the building?

Three floors, two of them "livable". The basement has a concrete floor and is used mainly for washing / drying clothes.
