Hey, I'm proud of you to sticking to the rules and posting only two pics!!! Too bad our friends from Buffalo, Louisville, Boston, and Omaha didn't do the same.

That's fine by me. I have enough hot air within me to yammer on for at least 100,000 words! LOL!

Thanks! I'm going to "cheat" too though because now I'm going to post two photos each for several other cities in my region. Wanna hit me now or later?

Default Wilkes-Barre, PA

Here are two shots from Scranton's sister city of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, a wonderfully friendly and rapidly revitalizing city that I currently attend college in.

Default Honesdale, PA

Here are two images of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, one of the best kept secrets in the Keystone State. It is sited in the mountains roughly a half-hour northeast of Scranton.

A typical Main Street block in this quaint downtown where motorists still stop to wave pedestrians across.

Love San Diego but that photo of the beach is misleading. The water is cold. It's also full of rips and kelp.

It's certainly not Florida, but during the summer, the water is warm enough to swim in without a wetsuit. 2 more pics:

Snorkelling at La Jolla Cove

Same coast, different season (no wetsuits). Rip currents are the trade off for having waves. Drownings are rare. I'll take waves, please
