This just about mirrors Atlanta...I would substitute bad local government for #4 and drop #1, though (for now).

Ignorant, shallow, pretentious and paranoid people.
Hot and humid Summers.
Terrible drivers and way too much road construction leading to traffic delays.
Lousy economy.
The women have more testosterone than the men.

slow growth, steady but too slow.
not enough far sighted planning.
too much planning not enough action.
city & county are separate politcal entities, hell the whole metro area should merge.

-no jobs
-no beach or water anywhere close
-crime
-police a joke
-low cost of housing (that would be good but you also get crazy people living in good neighborhoods)

Minnesota, more specifically the Twin Cities Metro:
1. Hard to make friends if you haven't lived here your whole life.
2. Road construction when its above freezing, people driving slow when its below.
3. Bad drivers (ex. going 2mph faster when you pass, on a 3 lane highway the lanes are: people going 5mph under the speed limit, people going 2mph under the speed limit, the passing lane filled with people going the speed limit)
4. Did I mention the people suffer from xenophobia and elitism?
5. Lack of decent public transportation
and the list continues....
