Not to mention corruption that is known worldwide and neverending investigations into the party. Its ridiculous.

Please, all you self-proclaimed Dems, come to IL and make a living here. See what lies in store if Barack-for-a-brain Osama gets in office.

I'm not doubting you that IL doesn't have problems, but where are you getting this info that IL has the worst schools or the nation's highest crime rates?

Illinois is not even ranked as a dangerous state, while McCain's state of Arizona and Palin's state of Alaska rank 3rd and 7th respectively as the worst states for crime.

For education, Illinois ranks in the middle while Arizon and Alaska rank dead last in the nation.

Tripping,

Instead of examining state wide data, it would probably serve you better, intectually speaking, to examine such data on a county wide level, or even on the census tract level. What you'll find is that cities have the highest levels of crime, and poorest levels of education, regardless of locale. Rural areas will fare better, then, the wealthy suburbs will head the list of desirable areas. Glencoe Illinois is going to top Sells Arizona. Similarly, Paradise Valley Arizona is going to top the South Side of Chicago.

I was referring to Chicago, sorry for not mentioning that.

But yes, Chicago is the highest taxed city in the nation (by far), has the highest murder rate (by far), and is in the top 5 for worst scoring schools. Did I mention corruption?

We've already had 900,000 people vote in the Chicago area. Almost all for Obama. My coworker said she waited 2.5 hours to vote early, and her husband waited FOUR hours. So ridiculous. Just bring back paper ballots....
that wasn't the question!!!
