What about the Martians and Venusians? They have been biologically isolated long enough that they probably have developed into human races that are far different from those of us here on Earth.

There is one human genus, and one extant species in that genus. There is no meaningful definition of race, so theoretically you could arbitrarily define the number of races at any value >=0.
