Miami or Honolulu, I'll go with Honolululu over Miami though. I've seen so many people ask if you need a passport to travel to Hawaii from another US state. The vast majority of the people are asian and brown. While in Miami they may be mostly hispanic but many look anglo compared to Honolulu. Hawaii has it's own native language and isn't spoken anywhere else in the world. It's very isolated and detached from the rest of the US unlike Miami.

But Miami probably resembles another country more so than Honolulu in the sense that Hawaii's culture is more unique and unlike any other country as opposed to Miami's, which is drawn mainly from other Latin American countries.

Undoubtedly Honolulu. It's even more tropical than Miami and its native culture is not European-based.

Honolulu which basically is a distant island, resembling most of the South Pacific and once a kingdom of the South Seas ... however since it's not on the 48 states I would have to say Miami, which Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-CO) calls a third world country.
