I voted for New York City because I've heard it has good Italian food, but I've also heard the same about Chicago. Boston has some very expensive and delicious Italian restaurants, especially in the North End.

The Hill in St. Louis is pretty good from my understanding. It's an Italian neighborhood. It's also where Yogi Berra is from.
