2 for Buffalo and none for San Fran?!

Da Bean all day. Diverse selection, classic American fare, best US (if not world) seafood, easily 3rd or 4th italian, representation of almost all cultures in the US to some extent

Buffalo has some very good restaurants but let's face it, it cannot stack up to most of the metro areas that are several times the size. I will say that Buffalo eateries are vastly better than everything I've tried in the Kansas City area except for the BBQ and steak houses in KC. Buffalo has some excellent Italian restaurants, Mexican and Chinese along with traditional American fare are also very good.

New Orleans. I'm a big fan of southern/creole/cajun food and there is no other place that even compared to NOLA in this regard. The food there is amazing!

QFT

Buffalo does seem a bit out of place on that list.
