Some think they're better than those from the country based on lifestyle, values, and the political candidates they'lll support. They'll make fun of rednecks all day, but if someone makes fun of illegal aliens, they'll probably get fired.

I have yet to meet anyone who "makes fun of rednecks all day."

At first I was going to defend rednecks b/c I kind of like that culture a little. People seem fun and down to earth and seem to not to take themselves so seriously. BUT then I read this comment and it reminded me why people generally don't like rednecks or basically anyone that takes themselves too seriously in general and can't laugh at themselves, atnd that goes for people of all colors and classes.

I bet you always make assumptions like you know what you're talking about....

Actually I was trying to think of a funny black version of that photo but couldn't come up with anything. I'll admit though, many people do get a little sensitive about racial jokes and can't laugh at themselves. Personally I make those jokes sometimes but just around friends that know I'm just joking and not serious. I make fun of all races, incuding white people and my own people, I'm latino and asian. What do you call a mexican with a lawnmower?? Answer: Employed! LOL As long as you're not serious and just joking I don't care if someone makes an off color joke BUT when it involves strangers and online forums its hard to know that.
