Is this national or international? If int'l, I'd pick London in a heartbeat. Maybe Naples, Italy because my grandparents are from there.
Nationally, I'll stick with my previous choices... Chicago or Philly.

If you like beaches, beautiful people and incredible nightlife/restaurant scene, pick Rio.
If you like random violence, nightmarish traffic, and death by pollution (if not macheted to death first), pick Sao Paulo.
