I don't see a lot here in NY. I'm in the minority, lol. I guess it's all the italians. Though, I'm part italian and have light hair and eyes

I grew up in the metropolitan Washington, DC area and there are a lot of redheads and blondes in that area, as a matter of fact as a young man I dated a number of them...

The irony is that the Fox News Channel headquarters is located in New York City and most of the women who work there are blondes. If you never step foot in the Big Apple in your entire life you would think the racial makeup of that city would resemble that of Sweden judging only by that network.

Yep, not true. The majority here are dark hair/eyes. Especially the men.

As to the op, with the exception of the state capitals in the Southeast which all are either majority Black or atleast have a very large sizeable Black minority population that usually exceeds 25%, you will find plenty of blondes and redheads in the suburbs and in the rural areas of that region.

I'm skeptical Miami has only one redhead, but redheads are often very fair-skinned (not simply white) so may not be as drawn to sunny subtropical places. Although I believe one of the Caribbean isles had a substantial Irish population.
