Have you ever been to Italy?
With the combination of bad drivers and bad streets, you often have to jump into a doorway to escape death.
That is not an exaggeration!

NYC drivers are pretty bad, but I think Boston takes the cake.

Truth be told. I have driven in plenty of areas in the country and the only two places that I think are worse are RI and CT.

Although driving on the parkways in Nassau County was up there too and driving in Florida scares the bejesus out of me.

Phoenix, AZ tops the list. I was once driving 20 mph above the speed limit and this guy was still bearing down my tail. Horrible place for scenic drivers; not that there's much of a view in that dump anyway.

Do you think Florida cities have worse drivers because of its elderly population?

Who among us is really qualified to answer this question? While I am familier with some of these cities and have at least visited all but two of them I would never presume that I know them all well enough to have a valid opinion. It is true NY is bad because 1. New Yorkers who drive tend to start much later in life and 2. there is a large number of drivers who are foreign born and come from places where there are no traffic rules to follow. I am familier with Boston and it also is one of the bad ones. Yes south Florida during the season can be treacherous. Which is the absolute worst? No way of knowing for sure.
