Could be, but with the bad driving in Miami and South Florida, I tend to think of immigration and foreigners not accustomed to America's driving laws/rules.

Florida's population hails from many places, but Florida's retirees and permanent residents are mainly from the midwest and northeast. But according to the locals, it's the natives who are the worst drivers. I've driven with a few native Floridians and they were quite tame though. So I don't know...Florida just seems to attract cranky people (and bad drivers)for some reason.

Your missing Atlanta from the list. I lived there for 18 years and have been purposely amost run off the road at least 4 times. I used to work at the Airport Cargo area and most of the cross country truck drivers whom I spoke to who had been to just about every city in the country commented that Atlanta was the scariest place they had to drive.

That is not an exaggeration!
They must be the ones that moved to Boston then, because half the population is either Italian or Irish in Boston.

I wasn't referring to you - I was referring to Jeff Jarrett. He seems to have a problem with "ethnic minorities".

My thought exactly...driving there is a nightmare, and I'm convinced that no Bostonian understands the concept of a white line.

IMO, Portland, OR. The drivers there often go well below the posted speed limit. If you like driving like an old lady, you will like it- otherwise it is pretty frustrating.
