This is my list. I am not the type of person to argue, so if you disagree, you're pretty much wasting your time trying to argue with me.
Best Skyline (World): Hong Kong
Top 3 Skylines (United States):
1. New York:
2. Chicago:
3 TIED Seattle / San Francisco:
The two worst skylines in the country hands-down go to Phoenix and Salt Lake City. These are the two ugliest, least inspiring skylines.

At first I thought Hong Kong's skyline (pictured above) looked retarded, but when I really looked at the colors and designs, I thought that it really looks neat. It looks even more like a city than New York. We could use something like that down here.

That's a stunning backdrop. For me, mountains and large hills can make an otherwise ordinary view pretty spectacular.

I wish Cincinnati was on this poll, when driving North on I-74 (from Lexington) and making that one turn around the Hill and it hits you all at once. It is by the most breath taking IMO.

my opinon on best world skyline will be New York after some of those amazing projects are finished (New WTC, BofA, NNTT, ect...), but for now, Hong Kong takes that place, second is NY, and Chicago takes third

I agree with those who said Hong Kong, I have been there and it's pretty incredible. It's great during the day also, with the hills as a background.
