In your mind, which major cities have the best/worst climate? I'm trying to see what everyone's preferences lie, so answer in your opinion, of course.

To me, Los Angeles would have the ideal climate for me. Gentle winters, and summers that don't get ridiculously hot. On the other hand, I would miss the seasons (and snow), but I would NOT miss 10 degree days with 20 mph winds.

It seems like a city with a bad climate would be a place with warm summers with humidity, AND harsh winters. There's a city in North Dakota with a climate like this, but I can't think of it right off the top of my head. I'll just use Chicago for this example.

It depends on what someone thinks of as ideal weather. Some people think of La weather as horrible weather while they think the weather in vermont is ideal because of the contrast of the seasons.

Ideal: Burlington, Vermont
Worst: Phoenix, Arizona

or
Ideal: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Worst: Rapid City, North Dakota
