My list includes:

Rocks

A fenced-in backyard
My dog not to eat our ham this year.
Oscar the Grouch anything.
My boss to hire cute male stock clerks for the girls to ogle.

A new digital camera to replace the one I broke in transit to NY last Sept.

A book titled "Self-Made Man". This is about a woman who disguised herself as a man, pulled it off convincingly for several months, and wrote a book about what she learned in the man's world.

"The Sopranos" Fourth Season collection.

Ooh...that book sounds interesting. Who's the author?

Seems like nobody else wants to post a Christmas list.

I love box set DVDs so I would like a box set of one of my favorite tv shows. I watch a lot of BBC America so it would be great if I could get Couplings, Doctor Who, Skins, or Torchwood.

What do I want for Christmas? Heh-heh-heh.

(Other than that . . . some funding for grad school would be great to find in my stocking.)

Where to begin? Here's the materials:

Mary Tyler Moore DVDs
Money
Religulous DVD
Aloe socks from Bath and Body Works
A new monitor (backlight went out on mine and I'm using a spare from 1998)
Fix my car's bumper (hit a deer)
A few new pairs of jeans
Some nice sweaters
More Hickory Farms stuff (I get addicted this time of year )
Abs

I really don't need anything.
I have a good wife, home, the kids are raised and I'm retired.
What I really want for Christmas is a world that makes my kids and grandkids future look better than it does now.
Less war, better economy, more personal decency and the ability to accept responsiblity for ones actions. Less greed.
Every decade since the 1960's when I was in the Army has been bonus time for me.
I just want my kids and grandkids, and yours, and you, to have a chance to make themselves a good life.
That is my Christmas wish.
