Can't believe nobody has mentioned Wyoming yet. I love their plates. I also like Colorado (prefer the older mostly green design over the newer mostly white design), North Dakota, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

Dislike Wisconsin (boring AND ugly), Pennsylvania (any plate with a website address is lame), Massachusetts, and Ohio.

I like Utah's updated version of the centennial plate. They brightened the colors, stylized the UTAH and subtly placed the Department of Tourism's motto on the bottom center. Just looks nice to me.

I like the North Carolina one. It sort of looks similar to Ontario license plates, which I also like. I like the new standard-issue Maryland plates as well, the War of 1812 ones.

Minnesota's is alright. I like the image, it just is pretty simple.

That is the most common one. The second most common has to be the loon license plate, from the critical habitat plates. Minnesota has like 25 different plates.

NY license plates are the best simply because they say NEW YORK in big bold letters.

Yeah but the new ones are kinda ugly. I liked the ones with the Statue of Liberty in them.

I may be a little biased, but I really like Oklahoma's plates!
