Since there's a thread for best state flags, how about license plates
Which state has the best or worse?

IMO

I don't at all like the fact that they started designing license plates at all. Hence, my votes go to California, New Mexico, Colorado, Delaware and the Dist. of Columbia.

Some states, like Florida, seem to have about 20 different types of plates... kind of ridiculous. I'm of the opinion that simpler is better, so I'd have to give my vote to Vermont. It's all green and simple, which I think represents that beautiful state nicely.

Indiana has tons of different plates. I like the simple, default blue and white plate. California's is also nice
