Really? I will say the people are friendly down there, but you would almost think it is a 3rd world type of environment there. I guess people can't do too much harm to each other down there.

^^ listen the bad areas are no worse than the bronx or brooklyn or detroit or new orleans, or miami, atlanta, dallas ...you get my point

however many of those cities have quite a high opinion of themselves...

Right. Here it's 3rd world and the people can and do much harm to each other on a daily basis...besides it's warmer and more room to move about down there also
