Since I haven't been to a lot of cities--my family was poor and I traveled rarely--my list would be small. I would love to go back to:

Toronto--but only during the summer. I went during the month of May. It was 87 degrees when we took off...when we got off the plane, it was 47 degrees. The nighttime temperatures were at or below freezing. It's the biggest city I've ever been to and I remember it was a very clean and very friendly city.
New York--technically, I've never been there, but when we were coming back from Toronto, we had to stop there for a brief layover. The older I've gotten, the more I long to go to the city and just see and hear the things I've read about it.
Washington, DC--love, love, love DC! So diverse and so compact...the traffic bites though! If it wasn't such an expensive area to live in, I probably would move up there.
Atlanta--another city I just plain out love...but those drivers scare the daylights out of me.
Chapel Hill, NC--Chapel Hill rocks...that's all I have to say!

I know what you mean about Atlanta's roads...for a moment, I thought I was driving in the Indy 500 (LOL)! But I love Atlanta just the same so I feel what you're saying!
