What city can a Philly boy adjust to easily? I was thinking of Chicago or Atlanta, but Georgia's economy is in the toilet. I'm considering Houston but I'm hesitant being that I'm a northern boy through and through. I need nightlife, nightlife, and more NIGHTLIFE. Give me some suggestions for a 22 year old.

You'll find plenty of NIGHTLIFE in Houston. Houston doesn't pull up their sidewalks at 5 o' clock like many CD posters on would lead you to believe. There is all kinds of nightlife for every walk of life, yuppies, bikers, blacks, latino, asian, head bangers, goth, college kids, gays, rednecks, country, strip joints, and even a few sex clubs thrown in the mix. Come on down and experience whatever floats your boat!

Why are you trying to leave Philadelphia?

Chicago, Seattle, and Miami would be good areas to start researching. All 3 options have abundant nightlife and would be great cities for a northeastern 22 year old.

Atlanta's economy isn't any worse than most other cities in the U.S. The economy here is very diverse and will recover quickly.
