Gene Vincent "North Carolina Line" Lyrics:

Down in the country, amongst the pines
Norfolk, Virginia, near the North Carolina line
Down in the country, amongst the pines . . .

Lyle Lovett "North Dakota" Lyrics:

The boys from North Dakota
They drink whisky for their fun
And the cowboys down in Texas
They polish up their guns
And they look across the border
To learn the ways of love

Default Oklahoma

OK, Oklahoma would be the song Oklahoma from the musical Oklahoma

I believe it was written by Rodgers & Hammerstein.

Oregon:

"Oregon Girl" by Someons Still Loves You, Boris Yeltsin

Portland is such a hug hub for indie rock artists that many songs are about Oregon and Portland.

Pennsylvania 6-5000 by Glen Miller.

Ironically the song is about the famous NYC hotel.

Then there's "Chattanooga Choo-choo": "Pardon me boy, is this the Pennsylvania Station...", which isn't really referencing state of PA, it' referencing a railroad station in NYC.

Rhode Island is in the title to a song that mentions 19 other states---"Rhode Island Is Famous for You".

YouTube - Rhode Island is Famous for You

Also, "Family Guy"s theme "Road to Rhode Island"

Wait a minute, go back again to Alaska, everyone missed the state song: Alaska's Flag. Alaska's Flag - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Eight stars of gold on a field of blue —
Alaska's flag. May it mean to you
The blue of the sea, the evening sky,
The mountain lakes, and the flow'rs nearby;
The gold of the early sourdough dreams,
The precious gold of the hills and streams;
The brilliant stars in the northern sky,
The "Bear" — the "Dipper" — and, shining high,
The great North Star with its steady light,
Over land and sea a beacon bright.
Alaska's flag — to Alaskans dear,
The simple flag of a last frontier.
