Hello,

I am native from the Czech Republic. I would like to start a company in USA. Is there any legal way how can I travel there and start a new company there?

You don't even need to be in the USA to start a company, for most Europeans like ourselves the USA could be a fiscal paradise for non-US residents. If you are actually looking to start a company and then reside in the US, incorporate first and then apply for your visa.

If I would start the company here in the Czech Republic, and then do the incorporation thing and apply for a visa, the czech company will be somehow deleted then?

I mean incorporate in USA (good states as far as I heard: Wyoming, Delaware) as a NON-resident and then, apply for a resident visa in your country.

Though, I still think you might want to consult a lawyer on the matter, it also depends on the kind of business, the volume of sales, etc. Your local US Embassy or consulate would have more information on local lawyers who are experts on this subject.

Good luck!
