Unless you are Al Gore, in which case you have to nix this whole list and say Houston is #1 just because it's in Texas... he's always right and after all, it's the most polluted city in the universe, right?
Then his Hollywood buddies go out and make darned sure everyone else knows who hasn't already heard.

So are there any clean-air cities in California at all? or small town near a city in Cali? how do you research the best air quality places??
