Which of these cities would you rather be banished to Iceland for the rest of your life and never allowed to return to the US instead of being forced to live in? (As in, you either need to live in the US city for the rest of your life, but can leave for vacations, etc., or have to live in Iceland and cannot return to the US). Please note: the point of the poll is not to debate the relative merits of Iceland-- it was just an example of a random place. I couldn't pick something like Italy or Brazil because then the whole thread would become (ohhh I'd rather move to Venice/Rio anyway!).

Okay... go... and try not to be too mean...

What?

I never been to Detroit, and I never been to Iceland. Borjk is from Iceland, so it probably is pretty cool. I wonder what Reykjavik is like. I would like to go there to see.

The whole point of your thread is to trash a city. Why? Then you ask us to try not to be mean...................

I remember from Elementary school: Iceland is actually green, and Greenland is actually icy.

Yeah I think I would rather live in Iceland than anywhere at the moment. For a few years at least. Seems nice.

Iceland actually sounds kinda cool. And while I wouldn't really want to live in Detroit, I'd rather live there than in some American cities.
