Best place to live with the following,
clean air,
no or low allergies,
inexpensive real estate
never real hot
never real cold

does it exist or just day dreaming?

Springfield, Missouri. Almost every year, it wins the race for lowest cost of living in America. Clean air blows in from the great plains. A couple of months can be pretty hot, and it snows a few times in the 3-month winter.
